Service Description
Our Bid Process Review is formed of an initial 1-hour discussion with you, and further interviews with key members of your team to review your current approach to bidding. We then review your current process against industry standards, best practice and our experience to provide you with a detailed report showing you your 'as is' situation and providing guidance and advice on what you could do to improve your process, adopt innovation or make changes to improve your chances of successful bids. You can book the initial session online now and we will arrange follow-up conversations with your team as applicable. Provision of a full report usually takes up to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of your current processes.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling after this time may result in a cancellation fee being applied of up to 50% of any amount already paid for the booking.
